Host of The Big Money Idea Starting February 2010, Ms. Calzada took over as the new host of "The Big Money Idea" which broadcasts on STL TV 10, Fox Digital, ABC Digital, Charter Cable, and AT&T U-Verse. It can also be viewed via internet streaming at www.stltv.net. The monthly show is a 30-minute program which features a variety of entrepreneurs working everywhere from home-based ventures to Fortune 500 companies. Topics are selected to assist business owners and executives with pertinent business areas of interest. The gathering begins in the studio where the show was shot just two weeks prior.  This picture was taken minutes after one of the most important men in her life walked into the studio, looked at her, and flashed his smile. He drove 8 hours just to surprise her for this important night. Her scream and tears shook the walls of the studio!  The long drive didn't keep her from teasing him though! "I love you dearly Jeff! You made my night!" -Laurie-  Looks like he got a break... the social butterfly moved on to the next group!  "Corey, you did a fabulous Events Coordination... AS USUAL!" -Laurie-  Corey HATES her picture taken...  ... so Laurie is always dragging her in front of the lens!  Tom, one of her publishers, chats with the production crew.  Laurie with Andre, the Studio Manager. His words before the show aired that night? "Man, and I thought Oprah was high maintenance!"  "Thanks for everything Andre. Remember I am NOT high maintenance, just a perfectionist! I caught the production errors, did I not? Hugs and kisses to you!" - Laurie -  Okay, so we are dying to know... Why all the bug eyes at the wine bottles???  The food was outstanding...  ... and the wine even better!  "Pull Mattie pull!!!" - Laurie -  Kevin Wilson with Andre. "See you at the next taping Kevin!" - Laurie -  The gang getting ready...  The show begins...  The show officially hits the air waves in the studio...  Laurie with Rick, her main camera man! "I couldn't do it without you Rickie!" - Laurie -  Laurie with good friend Cheri!  Corey and Tom catching up!  Guests enjoy the social time.  Laurie chatting with Anita.  Kathy talking to Keith... "Wait... Oh no... what is she telling him??? Get away from him Kathy!" - Laurie -  Laurie with the "tall men" in her life: Matt and Jeff.  Laurie and Tom.  Laurie with Matt and Corey after the airing. They helped her pull it together!  Laurie with her BEST FRIENDS, Kathy and Corey. Her third best friend was sailing the Caribbean. "We missed you Janet!" - Laurie -  Laurie with great friend and dance partner, Keith. He can ALWAYS put a smile on her face and a dance in her step.  Oh wait... here they are dancing. The party is NEVER over until Laurie has had a dance.  Their signature move... No, he's never dropped her!
